This month at Ardeo we are celebrating our third birthday! I want to take this moment to acknowledge our growth as a practice, as providers, and as a community. In the past three years, Ardeo has served many women and families struggling with perinatal mental health. We have walked with these folks and watched them become the parents and families they want to be. We have held space and cried with those who continue to reach for "thriving not just surviving." We want to sincerely thank those who have trusted us during their most vulnerable seasons.

Ardeo is proud to also work with non-profit organizations in our local community. Ardeo sponsored the Untold Stories 5k in 2022 and a PSI Climb Out of the Darkness fundraiser for the past three years. These organizations work to provide services and a sense of community to families all over Maryland.
What's next?! Ardeo will continue to grow to meet the needs of the families we serve. We are consistently looking for networking opportunities and to build the Ardeo family through referrals and provider relations.
